Supporting Veterans Through Housing and Family Services

At Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England), our Housing and Family Support Division is committed to helping homeless and at-risk Veterans find stability, security, and hope through coordinated housing services and supportive care programs across New England.

By bringing together federal and state-funded initiatives, including SSVF, EOVS, and HOPE, into one integrated support system, we are able to provide a more personalized and community-centered approach to addressing Veteran housing insecurity.

Our team of program directors, case managers, peer specialists, and support staff works directly with Veterans and their families to provide guidance, advocacy, and long-term support. Services may include housing placement and stabilization assistance, emergency financial support, food and basic needs resources, employment and job readiness guidance, VA benefits navigation, counseling referrals, and reintegration support.

Through compassionate case management and peer-to-peer connection, we help Veterans rebuild confidence, regain independence, and reconnect with supportive communities. We believe stable housing is more than just shelter — it is the foundation for healing, dignity, wellness, and long-term success.

Our work is strengthened through partnerships with local housing authorities, healthcare providers, community organizations, employers, food programs, Veterans services agencies, and regional support networks throughout New England. These collaborative relationships allow us to connect Veterans and their families with the resources, care, and opportunities they need to move forward with stability and confidence.

To expand access to critical services, Veteran Pathways of New England has established local support offices in underserved communities, including Lawrence, Massachusetts, and Manchester, New Hampshire. With the addition of the HOPE grant program, we are also proud to support members of the National Guard and Reserve, ensuring more Veterans and military families can access the resources they need before a housing crisis occurs.

Veteran Pathways at the Journey Home Campus

At Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England), we believe no Veteran should face homelessness alone. The Veterans Pathway at the Journey Home Campus in Leominster is turning that belief into action through a phased housing initiative that supports homeless and at-risk Veterans on their journey toward stability and healing.

Located at 99 Church Street, the Journey Home Campus will provide:

Inspired by the words of our CEO and fellow Veteran, Jason Gilbert:

“This will never happen to another Veteran—not on my watch.”

The Journey Home Campus is more than a shelter. It is a place of hope, connection, and a renewed path forward for Veterans and their families.
