Tai Chi for Veterans and Military Families

Join us every Tuesday for Tai Chi at Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England).

This gentle, beginner-friendly class is designed specifically for Veterans of all ability levels. Tai Chi uses slow, flowing movements that help improve balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being while supporting the connection between mind and body.

No routines need to be memorized, making it easy and welcoming for anyone to participate. The movements are smooth and calming, often described as moving through water.

No registration is required.

What should you wear?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and keep a chair nearby for balance, support, or resting as needed.
