Veteran & Family Food Support

At Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England), we believe access to nutritious meals and food resources plays an important role in overall wellness, stability, and connection. Through our Culinary & Food Security programs, we provide weekly meals, pantry support, and fresh food resources to help support Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families throughout our community.

Our weekly gatherings offer more than just a meal — they create opportunities for connection, conversation, and support in a welcoming environment where Veterans and families can feel at home. In addition to community meals, our Thursday Canteen Lunch in Devens also includes access to our Farmer’s Market, offering fresh produce and pantry items during distribution times from 10:30–11:00 AM and 11:45–12:15 PM.

Weekly Meal Locations:
• Tuesdays – Breakfast in  Devens
• Tuesdays – Lunch in Leominster
• Thursdays – Canteen Lunch in Devens

All Veterans, active service members, and military families are welcome. Whether you are joining us for a hot meal, food support, or simply community connection, you will always have a place at our table.

These gatherings provide more than food—they foster connection, community, and support among Veterans and their loved ones. Whether you’re stopping in for a hot meal or seeking resources, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you belong.
All Veterans, active service members, and their families are welcome. Come join us and be part of a community that cares.

Food Support for Veterans & Families

The Veteran Pantry and Farmer’s Market at Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England) is designed to help support Veterans and military families with access to fresh food, pantry staples, and everyday essentials in a welcoming and respectful environment. We understand that food insecurity can affect anyone, and our goal is to help ease that burden while creating a supportive sense of community.

Our pantry includes a variety of shelf-stable and sustainable food items such as pasta, rice, canned goods, soups, cereals, and other long-lasting essentials, along with fresh produce and seasonal items when available through our Farmer’s Market program. We work hard to provide a balance of nutritious options that can help families prepare meals at home while stretching household budgets a little further.

The Farmer’s Market is available during our Thursday Canteen Lunch in Devens from 10:30–11:00 AM and again from 11:45–12:15 PM. Availability may vary each week, so we encourage Veterans and families to keep an eye on our social media pages for updates on available items, fresh produce, and special food distributions.

This program is available exclusively for Veterans, active-duty service members, and military families with valid identification. Most importantly, we want every visitor to feel welcome, supported, and part of a community that truly cares.

In 2025, our Culinary Program hosted over 22 community events and raised more than $25,000 to support our Food Pantry and Farmer’s Market for Veterans and families.
