Veteran Services Outreach Team

Welcome to Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England) Outreach Team

At Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England), we’re dedicated to standing by those who’ve stood for us—the brave men and women who’ve served in our nation’s military. Whether they’ve served for years or even just a single day, we’re here to assist.

What We Do: Supporting Every Veteran, Every Day

Our Outreach team offers a range of support services tailored to veterans’ unique needs. The Outreach team has two primary functions. One is to oversee an emergency financial assistance fund. This emergency fund provides supportive services to the Veterans and their families that may not qualify for traditional veteran services. The second is to provide activities for the Veteran and their families to connect and socialize.

Rapid Response, Lasting Impact

We understand that urgent situations demand swift action. Often, we receive referrals from local community partners , urgently seeking assistance for Veterans and their families perhaps on the brink of eviction, mental health crisis, food insecurity, rental and utility assistance, substance abuse and other veteran needs.

Beyond Rapid Response: Building Community

Our commitment goes beyond rapid response. Through our Outreach team, Veterans and their families can participate in social outreach activities. Some of our activities include deep sea fishing trips, family bowling nights, equine therapy, breakfast and coffee socials, lunch canteen, flag building workshops and more. We strive to provide a family environment where veterans can connect with each other as well as their families. Please note this program is offered at our Devens and Lawrence locations only.

This program is made possible thanks to the support from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Veterans Services.
