A Year-End Message of Gratitude

From the CEO of Clear Path for Veterans New England

Dear Friends, Donors, and Supporters,

As we close out 2025, I would like to take a moment—on behalf of our Board of Directors, our staff, and, most importantly, the Veterans and families we serve—to express our gratitude.

Your generosity, trust, and belief in our mission made this year one of the most impactful in Clear Path for Veterans New England’s history. Because of you, thousands of Veterans across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire were met with dignity, stability, and hope at moments when they needed it most.

What You Helped Make Possible in 2025

Through your support, Clear Path for Veterans New England delivered life-changing services across our full continuum of care:

These outcomes represent more than numbers—they represent Veterans who slept safely indoors, families reunited, meals shared in community, and futures reclaimed.

Stewardship and Responsibility

We recognize that every dollar entrusted to us carries responsibility. In 2025, Clear Path for Veterans New England responsibly managed more than $4 million in public and private funding, leveraging federal, state, municipal, and philanthropic investments to maximize impact while maintaining compliance, transparency, and accountability.

Your support also helped us weather an increasingly challenging funding environment, including federal reductions and delayed awards, without compromising care for Veterans. That resilience is a direct result of your partnership.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026, the need remains urgent—but so does our resolve. With your continued support, we will:

As a Veteran myself and as someone who once experienced homelessness with my own family, I know firsthand how transformative timely support can be. Your generosity ensures that **“never again” is not just a promise—but a reality—for the Veterans we serve.

With Gratitude

Thank you for standing with Clear Path for Veterans New England. Thank you for believing in solutions, dignity, and opportunity. And thank you for walking beside us as we continue Supporting the Journey Home.

With sincere appreciation,

Jason Gilbert

A Year-End Message of Gratitude

As we move through 2026, I want to take a moment—on behalf of our Board of Directors, staff, and most importantly, the Veterans and families we serve—to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support of Veteran Pathways of New England (formerly Clear Path for Veterans New England).

Your partnership, trust, and belief in our mission continue to drive transformational impact across New England. Because of you, Veterans are finding stability, connection, and renewed purpose during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Over the past year, we have continued expanding our reach and strengthening our programs to meet the growing and evolving needs of Veterans and their families.

Through our integrated pathways of support—including Housing & Family Support, Culinary & Food Security, Resiliency & Wellness, and Canine-Assisted Programs—we have helped thousands of Veterans access critical services, housing resources, peer support, wellness programming, food assistance, and community connection.

The continued growth of the Journey Home Campus in Leominster has allowed us to strengthen emergency stabilization efforts while advancing long-term housing solutions and coordinated support systems designed to create lasting outcomes. At the same time, our outreach efforts across urban, rural, and underserved communities continue ensuring Veterans can access care and support wherever they are.

These efforts represent far more than numbers. They represent Veterans moving from crisis to stability, families rebuilding after hardship, and individuals rediscovering hope, purpose, and community.

As we continue through 2026, our focus remains clear: expanding access to housing and wellness services, strengthening rapid response support systems, growing community partnerships, and building sustainable pathways that empower Veterans and their families for the long term.

As a Veteran-led organization, we understand firsthand the importance of timely support, human connection, and communities willing to step forward when it matters most. Because of supporters like you, we are able to continue walking alongside Veterans on their journey toward healing, stability, and independence.

Thank you for standing with Veteran Pathways of New England. Thank you for believing in dignity, resiliency, and opportunity for those who served. Together, we are building stronger pathways forward for Veterans and their families across New England.

With sincere gratitude,
