DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 2nd Annual Veterans Appreciation & Fundraising Event\, a family-friendly community celebration dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of our nation’s Veterans while raising critical funds for Veteran Pathways of New England. \nHosted by Cornhole 4 Charity Inc.\, this special event takes place on Saturday\, August 1\, beginning at 12:00 PM at Hudson Elks Lodge #959\, located at 99 Park Street\, Hudson\, Massachusetts. \nWhether you’re a Veteran\, a military family member\, or a community supporter\, everyone is invited to spend the day celebrating those who have served while making a meaningful difference. Admission is just a $10 donation\, with children 12 and under admitted free. Every admission donation goes directly to Veteran Pathways of New England\, helping provide life-changing programs and services that empower Veterans and their families throughout New England. \nGuests will enjoy an afternoon of community\, camaraderie\, and friendly competition under a spacious 40′ x 100′ event tent\, generously sponsored by Atlantic Tent Rental. Thanks to the generous support of Route 9 Landscape Products in Westborough\, every Veteran attending the event will receive a complimentary meal as a small token of appreciation for their service. \nOne of the day’s highlights is the Cornhole Tournament\, welcoming players of all skill levels. The tournament features a Switcholio format with both Backyard Social (Fun) and Competitive (Advanced) divisions\, making it a great opportunity for both first-time players and seasoned competitors. Tournament registration includes general event admission. Entry is $25 for Veterans and $30 for the general public\, with an optional second division available for those who want an extra challenge. \nMore than just a fundraiser\, this event is an opportunity to bring the community together in support of the men and women who have served our country. Come enjoy a day of connection\, competition\, and gratitude while helping raise funds that directly support the mission of Veteran Pathways of New England. \nBring your family\, invite your friends\, and join us for an unforgettable day honoring our Veterans and strengthening the community that stands beside them.
